Is it possible to book a specific pitch number?
Unfortunately not. Although we can’t reserve the plot number, we can reserve the type of plot. Upon booking, we will certainly make note of the requested number of the pitch and will try our best to grant this request depending on availability.
When and how will you inform me of the pitch number that I am given?
We will inform you of the pitch number of where you will be staying, upon arrival at the reception of the campsite.
Can you inform me of the availability of a specific pitch number during specified dates?
Unfortunately not. Although we can’t reserve the plot number, we can reserve the type of plot. We will inform you of the pitch number of where you will be staying, upon arrival at the reception of the campsite.
Is it possible to change the pitch we are given?
Changes are possible depending on the availability at the time.
Is it possible to arrive without a reservation and select a pitch?
If you decide to come to the camp without a reservation, we cannot guarantee an available pitch. Pitch selection depends on the availability.
Until what time can we arrive at the campsite?
Check-in is until 10 pm and then guests are kindly asked to respect a period of peace.
On my specific pitch, can I set up a tent (in addition to the camper van) free of charge?
If there is enough space on the pitch, it is possible to set up an additional tent which is not included in the pitch price, at an additional charge.
Can we book two pitches next to each other?
When booking two pitches, we will try to place them next to each other. However, this cannot be guaranteed as it depends on availability.
Can I book a pitch in the shade or a larger-sized pitch?
Let us know that you would like a pitch in the shade or a larger-sized pitch and we will try to grant this request, although this solely depends on the availability.
Can I book a buoy (for boats) and at what price?
You can book a buoy for boats. Prices vary depending on the campsite.
Can you inform me of the specific number of my mobile home or the specific zone where it is located (for example: mobile homes Adria)?
Although we can’t reserve specific mobile home numbers, we can reserve the type of mobile home. We will try to grant your request; however, this is based on availability.
Are dogs allowed in the mobile homes?
Dogs are not allowed at all of our camps or mobile homes. However, if you wish to bring a dog and want to book a mobile home, please contact us to check the availability of specific homes where dogs are allowed.
What do the kitchen facilities in the mobile homes look like?
The kitchens in the mobile homes are fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils. The only thing we suggest you bring is your kitchen towels.
Can I walk my dog across the camp and are there areas where dogs are not allowed?
The camp where you have booked may be divided into zones where dogs are/are not allowed. We ask you to kindly respect the zones where dogs are strictly not allowed.
Is there a wireless connection in the camp and how much does it cost?
All sites provide an internet service via an internet corner with a payable charge or free wireless networks. Certain campsites have a wireless network throughout the campsite while others only provide a network at the reception area.
Can you confirm receipt of the deposit?
Pre-payment is required in order to finally confirm the reservation. Details of the deposit payment can be found in the booking confirmation. We do not send additional confirmation of receipt of the deposit.
Is my reservation automatically cancelled if an advance is not paid or if my credit card is not charged within 7 days?
Reservations will not be automatically cancelled after 7 days; however, a reservation is not finally confirmed until we receive a deposit payment via the bank. Once you have provided the details on your card to pay the deposit your card will be charged prior to your arrival and the procedure can last more than 7 days.
When can I move into my pitch?
On the day of arrival, your pitch will be ready from 2 pm.
Can I set up a tent alongside my mobile home?
Tents are not allowed to be put up alongside mobile homes.
Can I rent a bike or tent within the camp?
Generally, we do not provide rent-a-bike or a tent hiring services. In certain camps there is a possibility to rent bicycles while others offer such options in near proximity. Additionally, in some camps, our partners offer a tent hiring service.
Is the deposit included or is it an extra cost?
The deposit is deducted from the total amount of the stay when paying at reception.
Do you provide travel insurance?
We do not provide travel insurance; however, we have a free cancellation policy for reservations not less than 21 days prior to arrival.
Why can’t I book a specific pitch number?
Although we can’t reserve the plot number, we can reserve the type of plot. Upon booking, we will certainly make note of the requested number of the pitch and will try our best to grant this request depending on availability. Since the pitches are different in size and location, and some are located on an inclination or have a tree in the middle of the pitch, the allocation of the number of plots is carried out taking into consideration if guests will be staying in a tent or camper of a certain size.
Are dogs allowed to sleep in a mobile home?
Dogs are not allowed at all of our camps or mobile homes. However, if you wish to bring a dog and want to book a mobile home, please contact us to check the availability of specific homes where dogs are allowed. Once your reservation has been approved, dogs may sleep inside the mobile home.
Can I set up a small tent by the side of my mobile home?
Tents are not allowed to be put up alongside mobile homes.
Can I have a barbecue at my pitch?
You may not light a fire anywhere within the grounds. Using a grill is possible only if it is based on electricity or gas. If you want to grill with charcoal, you can use the provided communal barbecue grill at the campsite.
If I stay less than the reserved period, will I be charged for the entire period or based on how long I actually stayed?
If you decide to leave earlier, depending on the situation, the reception reserves the right to decide whether you pay for the entire reservation period or the actual days spent at the campsite.
Do the pitches include a shaded area?
If you would like a shaded area, please inform us and we will try to grant your request, however, this depends on the availability.
Is it possible to bring a small boat, jet-ski or other water vehicles?
You can bring a small boat or jet-ski. In this case, it is important to inform us at the time of booking in order for us to find a suitable location for such transport vehicles. This service is at an extra charge.
Do the mobile homes include linen and towels?
Mobile homes are not equipped with linen and towels so you need to bring these with you or hire them while at the campsite. Some campsites include linen and towels as part of the final cleaning fee, so these items are free for use at no extra charge.
Are there shops, restaurants and pools within the campsites?
Shops and restaurants are located within the campsites or in the immediate vicinity. Only the Lanterna and Krk campsites include a swimming pool.
