Camping San Polo
From the brilliant blue azure seas that are perpetually calm to the breath taking views from the surrounding coast and relaxing in the shade of holly oaks or pines while the breeze from the Mediterranean washes over you, Camping San Polo is one of the best experiences. The seaside campground, at the foot of town Bale, is situated midway between Pula and Rovinj, two touristic destinations on the Istrian Peninsula. Camping San Polo is a return to the very roots that Nature herself once sprang from, with untouched groves of holm oak trees that lead up to pebbled and rock beaches that stretch out for kilometres in either direction. Camping San Polo offers you access to amenities such as fast food restaurant, accommodation in mobile homes and on pitches, a sports centre and more, and you can bring your pets since it is a pet-friendly camp. Located on the western coast of the Istrian Peninsula, Camping San Polo means having the option to travel up the coast to places like Pula or Rovinj, both of which have histories stretching back over the centuries. From Castrum Rubini in Rovinj to the great Pula Arena that was first begun in 27 B.C., there are a number of Roman ruins to explore along with the Croatian history and culture.
