Terms and Conditions for reservations

• Reservations may be made for pitches and mobile homes.
• For reserved stays payment is carried out at the reception in HRK according to the valid exchange rate on the day of payment.

Pitch reservations

• It is possible to choose a zone and a type of plot, but we do not guarantee a specific unit number. Preferences will be satisfied upon availability.
• Reservations are confirmed after advance payment of 370 kn (approx. 50 Euros) is made. The cost difference is charged on the spot. If the amount of the stay which has been booked is less than HRK 370 (approx. EUR 50), the guest will be charged an advance in the amount of the booked stay.
• Only credit cards are accepted for advance payment, however if you reserve a place for next year at the camping reception, the same can also be paid in cash.
• In period from 15/07 to 15/08 reservations can be made only for arrivals and departures on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Minimum stay is 5 nights.
• Premium Mare, Comfort Mare and Comfort pitch: The reservation needs to be made at least 7 days prior to intended arrival date. In the period from 15/07 to 15/08 the reservation needs to be made at least 14 days prior to intended arrival date.
• Standard pitch: The reservation needs to be made at least 1 day prior to intended arrival date
• Cancellation policy: If reservation is canceled at the latest 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival, advanced payment amount will be returned (minus bank charges). Otherwise, it will be withheld.

• Late arrivals: If you are to be late, please let us know at least 24 hours before your intended arrival date. If you inform us about your late arrival, we will keep your reserved pitch for you until your arrival. In that case, beside your stay, we will charge you the price per pitch for every day of delay. If you don't inform us about your late arrival, we will keep your reserved pitch until 19h on the arrival day, after then reception has right to resell your pitch.
• Reservation modification: Reservations may be changed not less than 7 days, and for pitch reservations in the period from 15/07 to 15/08 not less than 14 days, before the foreseen arrival date. Changes will be approved according to the availability within the camping. Modification request you can fill up and send through our web pages or by contacting our reservation center.
  

Mobile homes reservations

• Reservations are confirmed after advance payment of 1.470 kn (approx. 200 Euros) is made. Only credit cards are accepted for advanced payment. The cost difference is charged on the spot.
  If the amount of the stay which has been booked is less than HRK 1470 (approx. EUR 200), the guest will be charged an advance in the amount of the booked stay.
• Your personal data, and the data on your credit card, are fully protected.
• Arrivals and departures only on Saturdays in the period between June 26th and August 20th. Arrivals and departures on any day in other periods.
• Earlier departure: If guests decide to leave earlier than planned, full price will be charged.
• RESERVATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR MOBILE HOMES (depending on the chosen Rate type):
  • PLUS FLEX Rates:
    If reservation is canceled at the latest 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival, advanced payment amount will be returned. Otherwise, it will be withheld. In the event of a no-show, we will charge your credit card for the complete amount of the reservation.
  • EASY FLEX Rates:
    If reservation is canceled at the latest 42 days prior to the scheduled arrival, advanced payment amount will be returned. Otherwise, it will be withheld. In the event of a no-show, we will charge your credit card for the complete amount of the reservation.
  • NO FLEX Rates:
    The entire amount of the reservation should be paid at the moment of reservation. The reservation cannot be modified or cancelled. In the event of a cancellation or a no-show, the whole amount of the reservation will be charged and withheld.

Discounts

• Owner of  Camping card Scandinavia association are entitled to a 10% discount of the charge per person, CCI 5% discount on overall stay. Members of the naturist associations have a 15% discount on the charge per person at naturist camp sites. Membership cards of the CCI, naturist associations and Camping card Scandinavia have to be shown at reception desk immediately on arrival, otherwise discounts will not be taken in consideration. Guests may obtain only one of the mentioned discounts.
• All guests staying over 4 weeks in the camping are entitled to a 10% discount of the charge per pitch.
• Guest who has already stayed in one of the campings managed by Valamar in 2010, when staying in another camping managed by Valamar in 2010 is entitled 10% discount on the price per pitch or camping site. In order to obtain above mentioned discount guest has to show the receip from camping where he made his first stay together with coupon he can obtain at the first camping reception.
• Guests may obtain only one of the mentioned discounts.
